Programs and Pricing
TEAM COACHING
Price negotiable depending on size of team and complexity of project. Invoices will be monthly. Six-month minimum engagement.
Initial site visit fee of $500, pre-payable before visit through credit card or check. This is a nonrefundable fee that will be applied to the overall engagement if the client decides to work with Exectuive Team Leadership, LLC (ETL, LLC). This fee covers ETL, LLC for preparation and presentation time and shows serious interest from the client. If airplane flight is required to customer site, those expenses related to that travel would be billed to customer.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Standard rate $500 per month for 4 weekly sessions. Minimum of 3 months usually required for beneficial results.
COURSE OFFERINGS
Approach to Team Culture Change
Starting late May, 2008. This free weekly one-hour teleconference will cover ETL, LLC's approach to executive coaching/consulting in a team environment. Topics discussed will be history and current environment within teams, ETL, LLC's culture of integrity, how transparency and accountability really are the keys to culture change within any team.
Introduction to Executive Coaching
8 week basic package for individuals interested in finding out if executive coaching is for them. Limited time only $795 total cost for 8 telephone weekly sessions of 30-60 minutes and books with basic evaluations geared to increase customer's understanding of self and to aid in creation of goals and action plans, currently slated to be Strengthfinders 2.0, Please Understand Me!, and The Emotional Intelligence Quick Book. The information client gains from theses books will be a foundation for discussions on client's goals and approaches to those goals.
Understanding Knowledge Workers
Starting in June, 2008. HR and other non-technical professionals are often baffled by how to communicate with and influence technically trained managers and individual contributors. This currently planned 4-week telecourse will cover some basics of the engineering/knowledge worker mindset along with some hands-on approaches and tools...Cost will be $249 per individual.
Assessments Only
Offers comprehensive assessments using tools such as Myers-Briggs Temperment Indicator, Strengthfinders, and Emotional Intelligence to help the client/team understand themselves better and to identify issues they want to improve on....Cost will be $395 per individual.
PAYMENT POLICY
All individual coaching sessions will be pre-paid monthly, either by credit card or check. For courses, all charges will be paid by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmEx) in total at time of enrollment. Paypal coming!
REFUND POLICY
If a customer decides to stop a coaching engagement or to stop attending course sessions, the costs for future sessions only will be refunded on a pro-rated basis with written notice to ETL, LLC.
SESSION RESCHEDULING
Missed course sessions will not be refunded.
Individual clients can reschedule with a minimum of 24-hour notice. All missed appointments without 24-hour notice will not be refunded, due to inability of ETL, LLC to fill that time with such little notice.
