Programs and Pricing
TEAM COACHING
Price negotiable depending on size of team and complexity of project. Invoices will be monthly. Six-month minimum engagement.
INDIVIDUAL COACHING
Rates vary with complexity of assignment. Minimum of 3 months usually required for beneficial results.
REFUND POLICY
If a customer decides to stop a coaching engagement or to stop attending course sessions, the costs for future sessions only will be refunded on a pro-rated basis with written notice to ETL, LLC.
SESSION RESCHEDULING
Missed course sessions will not be refunded.
Individual clients can reschedule with a minimum of 24-hour notice. All missed appointments without 24-hour notice will not be refunded, due to inability of ETL, LLC to fill that time with such little notice.
