Coaching Strategy
TACKLING THE ISSUES
As stated elsewhere, Executive Team Leadership, LLC (ETL, LLC) works to create a team culture of integrity. This is done through transparency, trust-building and through helping the team learn to better commumicate such things as roles, responsibilities and needs.
ETL, LLC uses a variety of instruments, including the Keirsey Type Indicator, Myers Briggs Temperment Indicator, Strengthfinders, Emotional Intelligence, and Positive Psychology, not as the be-all and end-all of coaching, but simply as ways to help individuals gain an understanding of themselves so that they can then communicate better with others and feel comfortable in trusting and expecting to be trusted.
In addition to the assessments, ETL, LLC will ask the team members to share how they each view their role in the team, and what they need to succeed. We also ask the team to discuss team goals and various individual information that is germane to the team in the weekly team meeting.
